This is what your T-Mobile 5G Home Internet could look like. The numbers on the left represent your Internet speed. Along the bottom are the dates.
Without warning, on 9/18, T-Mobile began a week of “modernizations” that crippled our Internet service. Not something you want to happen if you work from home. The degraded service continued until 9/23. That little blip near the 9/24 mark represents our Internet speed when we were told the maintenance was over. Less than 50 Mb/s up & down.
On 9/23 I unplugged the ill performing T-Mobile and installed Xfinity’s xFi Home Internet. The gap on 9/24 was me not plugging in the monitor in order for there to be space on the graph. Everything after 9/24 is all Xfinity xFi. Notice the speed remains at near 350 Mb/s!
You and your family can suffer with T-Mobile’s dismal performance, as shown on the left, or you can rejoice with Xfinity’s performance on the right.
